Preferred qualifications:

• Experience coding in one or more languages (e.g., Python, Javascript).

• Ability to design and develop new security control implementations.

Responsibility:

• Design infrastructure and drive its implementation to protect Vaansoft server's and systems.
• Provide security expertise and guidance to a diverse set of Vaansoft engineering and business teams.
• Conduct security reviews of core corporate and production infrastructure.
• Drive enterprise focused security improvements to Vaansoft products and services.
• Build security tools and processes using Python or NodeJs for critical infrastructure protection, monitoring, and remediation.

Preferred qualifications:

• Self-motivated and high-performing, with a passion for both the business and the tech.
• Hands-on experience with Security implementation, 1 year or more is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Good understanding of at least one public cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Product-driven and strong interest in DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Developer Experience topics.
• Experience working on developer tooling internally or externally is a plus.
• Ideally, you worked with an IaC tool — OpenTofu/Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation – or CloudNative/Kubernetes.
• You have proven experience solving complex technical problems and taking initiative in addressing them.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibility:

• Contribute to the development of our customer facing B2B web application
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and deploy new features
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability and general reliability
• Work on improving usability, application performance and bug fixes
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and application performance
• Participate in peer code reviews
• Implement solutions in Python that work reliably at scale with a strong focus on readability and testability.
• Tackle sophisticated technical challenges involving multiple technologies.
• Work closely with your product team and other teams to design, implement, and deploy new features on the Spacelift platform.
• Participate in discovery sessions with Spacelift users and be curious about their problems, the way they work, and their challenges.
• Be proactive; provide initiative and technical leadership.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Content Management System (CMS) Experience: Knowledge of Drupal, Sanity, or a similar CMS for content editing is beneficial.

Preferred qualifications:

• Be 2-4 years related industry work experience or demonstrate relevant, equivalent experience
• Demonstrate experience of selling within the sales cycle
• Have experience identifying business needs through information-gathering to pre-qualify opportunities
• Be comfortable speaking with decision makers via various mediums (social, email, phone and video)
• Must, at a minimum, be fluent in German language

Responsibility:

• Identifying, prospecting and penetrating sales accounts to achieve pipeline and forecast goals
• Updating lead and prospect activity in Hubspot to ensure KPI attainment
• Collaborating in a business-to-business sales environment to position our technology solutions to a varied audience
• Setting qualified introductory meetings for sales team and nurturing top of funnel pipeline to facilitate sales opportunities
